Turtle Wax T-284 Premium Grade Chrome & Metal Polish - 11 oz.

Many different uses. For headlamp application, using a compounding pad and a beefy variable speed polisher, this made headlamps look as good as new. Took several minutes compared to the more than an hour per light it took using the sandpaper method. Just don't forget to use a plastic protectant afterward. I used the 303 protectant.

Works on every metal surface I have needed to polish so far and has harmed none. Not great on rust but passable, as a metal polish, very impressive.

Used it with a Mother’s Power Cone and my drill. Did a great job and lasts a long time. Don’t really care for the strange cinnamon / gross dessert smell emanating from it, but it’s still a lot more pleasant than Brasso or other metal polishes I have used.

Great rust remover-I highly recommend.I used it to remove rust from bicycle handles.

Terrific polish for my Harley chrome! Very easy to use and leaves a mirror shine. Baked on bug guts on the mirrors, tar on exhaust pipes, etc....it all goes away with this stuff! A few minutes and a couple of microfiber towels is all it takes to have a showroom shine on all the chrome pieces of your bike.

The media could not be loaded. Turtle Wax Chrome & Metal Polish is a very fine cleaner that will brighten any surface with minimal effort. The chemical in this metal polish quickly cuts through tough mineral deposits on chrome and most smooth surfaces.Mothers advertises their Metal Polish removes hard water stains from glass. Its very possible this metal polish may work miracles on shower doors.

My son had a 2004 Jeep that we wanted to sell, however the Clear Cote had turned white on a few parts of the car. I used this polish to remove the white and polish the metallic paint underneath. In large areas I used a buffer with a wool pad, and in smallareas I used a micro fibre cloth, rubbing for1 minute. Did wonders.

Though this product is cheap, it’s not an elite chemical. Used this on multiple metals while detailing and although it does work, you can tell it’s just not thick and abrasive enough to make your rims etc come out the way you want them too.

I bought this to use on the aluminum tunnel of an antique snowmobile I’m restoring. It took off all the oxidation and dirt and left a mirror finish when used as directed. I bought some cheap buffing pads as I didn’t want to damage my good wool pad that I use on my vehicles. I’d definitely use a drill or buffer. Hand bombing would be a little much. Definitely recommend this product. Bill

It is not that effective, and very expensive.

The product works exactly as described. Provided a good shine and was easy to use. Much like other metal polishes really.
