Great pan!
This is a great pan! Love the weight and size personally, but may be a tad heavy for a small person. Needs some cooking and post cooking washing care as it deserves. Acid dishes set back the 'base layer' you build - so try to avoid lemon in your dishes (whilst in the pan) and other cooking with other acidic additives. Give it the care it deserves. Looking forward to many years together ahead. As expected, delivered efficiently.

Very heavy duty pan
I’m new to carbon steel and an struggling with maintaining the non stick but love that I can use it on any heat source, even in my Roccbox!
