Not a bad unit. I bought this used and it surprisingly works well. The noise is somewhat noticeable but you get that from any refrigerator. Ice is fast and does melt a little but it’s ice! I don’t see any problems with the tray filling up with ice nor do I see any issues with the size of the ice nuggets. I was amazed at how much ice produced in the tray. The self cleaning feature is a breeze and would recommend before using. For the money, and it being used, I can say that this machine is a winner and deserves the 5 stars.

I've had this machine for about three weeks now. So for the short time I've had it, I am really pleased. I let it sit on the counter for the first 24 hours as directed by instructions to let the coolant settle from it being shipped. After that I plugged it in , filled it with water and have been making ice ever since. It really does make ice in six minutes (9 Cubes). I fill it with water and go about my business. You can hear it dropping ice often. Once the basket is full a red light will come on to let you know you have to empty the basket. Love the bullet shaped ice and it doesn't melt away quickly in my drinks. For now, I give it 5 stars. Solid, compact little machine that makes ice quickly. Will.be great for making extra ice prior to parties .

Love this ice maker, especially for the hot summers. Very easy to use and you get the first ice in ten minutes. Love the smaller size cubes for my drinks. It keeps going until the tray is full or you need to add more water. I'm pleasantly surprised how many cubes you get with each fill of the water tank. Small enough to store when not in use, but looks good on the counter when I have it out.

I have to say this little machine puts out ice fast! I did not find the machine overly noisy. It was about what I expected. The size of the ice is perfect for my Swell bottles. The only downside I found is because the ice is wet as it's dumped in the bin, when you store the cubes in the freezer, the cubes tend to freeze together. I have put the cubes in a zippy bag, then put them in the freezer. I can then break the cubes apart hitting the bag against the counter. That's the only issue I found. It will be nice not running out of ice during the holidays!

Pro: This is definitely for someone needing a LOT of ice! I had a cheaper unit of ice maker that made hollow ice & neither it nor the ice lasted. This Euhomy puts out solid cubes that DO last. It cranks out 18 cubes every 6 or so minutes (depending on the temp of the water). Just have a small cooler standing by to store the ice as you make it. The unit comes with a half-quart+ reservoir easily accessed on top of the machine (see the Amazon pic) that holds enough to make ~6 sets of cubes before it needs refilling. The company definitely stands behind their products! I bought the (much) cheaper model & it broke before the 1 yr. warranty & they paid without a single problem. I got this better model & it's been trouble -free. Con: the ice can come out in a slightly solid block if the thickness is not set properly. This is easily reminded with a light tap of a rubber or regular hammer.

Wow! Our super-duper Kenmore frig (5 yrs old) busted. The ice-maker quit making ice and because the model number is intl (?) it would cost an arm and leg to fix it. To heck with Kenmore, found this ice-maker and couldn't be MORE pleased. All of what 'they' say about it is true- quiet, quick, very easy to clean... I've got more ice now than ever had from the Kenmore. Sits snugly on our kitchen sink (for easy unplugging and draining water) - ice cubes are cute little bullets instead of klunky-chunky pieces of ice. At night time we have filled a gallon size bag, stored in the freezer and ready to start making ice the next day. They say not to unplug, just use turn off switch. Truly love this machine and of course the price is SO good too. Thank you Euhomy

It makes ice. Not that well, but it does. Things you should know....because after reading some other reviews, i understand many do not. So, here we go. It is NOT a freezer. It really isnt even cold inside where you see the ice drop in the basket. And any photo you might see of a full basket is AI. It is not cold enough to set it and forget it. not even for 20 minutes. See the photo for your surprise..ok, its 60 degrees in that basket. Ice wont stay ice at 60 for long. They also claim it "wont stick together easily". lol ok. See the picture. Its quiet in my opinion. It has a fan running blowing air out the side of it. its not as loud as your floor fan. Can barely hear the compressor. ive made about 6 or 7 batches this morning. The first one is always clear ice. Its not cold enough. They get better, meaning actually frozen as its not transparent. The last one took 9 minutes to drop from the time it began filling with water to the time it dropped into the basket. The very last one took 8:55. Dont get me wrong, i like it. it makes ice and while its not for me (my GSD) and i dont really care about most of the things i mentioned because they arent that important to me. it makes ice quickly, so thats all i need. I am writing a review of how i see this so it may help someone else make a decision. Actually, im just letting some of you know its NOT A FREEZER and it isnt cold inside. It puts water in a cup, and then puts that cup on 9 cold metal fingers and the water freezes against those fingers. Once it gets to the basket, its NOT cold enough inside to keep the ice cold. That right there is an important fact if you think you can set it and walk away. You will be so disappointed. Check out a review on tubeyou. they test a lot of them. In that review it takes them over 8 minutes to make ice each time. Also mentions about ice melt in the basket.

Okay I have used this for almost a year now. Here are the pros and cons: *Pros - once this gets really going, it makes ice pretty fast. And the ice pellets are good quality, easy to store in your freezer. I like to make a bunch at one time and then store the pellets. *Cons - takes a little while for it to get going when you first turn it on - the first couple of rounds of ice are not great, kind of thin and weak/melty. After that they get bigger and more solid. Plus, the small basket fills up quickly and it will stop making ice if you don't empty it out regularly while you're running it.

The machine never worked. The return process was painful. Seller was not willing to engage and didn’t take any responsibility for the quality of the product. Amazon stepped up and kept us whole.

This ice maker packs a punch!! 🤜🧊 First batch of ice it made was little small and melted fast, but after a few rounds once it got going the ice got thicker and stayed cold no problem! this machine tells u when the ice tray is completely full, when the water is empty, And it made a large ziplock bag in under 45min! very impressed with it! it will just stop making ice when it runs out of water or is full too so you dont need to worry about it over filling :) this is my first ice machine and i couldn’t be more excited about having fresh ice in a matter of minutes!
