When we melted the chocolate, there are worms floating so the product is bad

I’ve been disappointed with these. It’s difficult to work with and easily scorches at very low temps using indirect heating methods that I routinely use to keep cheap chocolate chips melted for days at a time. You will want to use the melted product immediately because if you try to maintain it in melted form, it absolutely will burn. Taste is alright. I expected better quality for the price.
