The seller comnication was fast and good, the cat patio is perfect, delivery was spot on time.

A few things not quite right, wire not all stapled into wood, some staples sticking out, bent shelving bracket, had to move the shelving brackets along on almost every shelf in order to be able to fix them to the wooden frame as they were no where near where they should be. All that said its ok, we have messed about with it to make it right and the cats love it. Shame it wasn't put together with more care, if it was Id of given it much higher rating.
