A first aid staple
Bach remedies are helpful for a wide number of problems and issues. The 5 Flower essence is the 'equivalent' of Bach's original Rescue Remedy. Also efficient and prompt delivery which is always helpful.

Really good price for this 30 ml bottle of Five Flowers Remedy. I have bought the same brand before and paid more for a 10ml bottle. So extremely satisfied.

Would recommend for mental health
The flavour is a bit strong, this product is so much better than rescue remedy, I have really really bad anxiety and panic disorder, BPD and PTSD. And whenever I feel like I’m going to have a panic attack I take this and it’s instantly soothing! 10/10 would recommend.

5 Flower Essence.
This is an amazing essence. Great for first aid, burns, pain in my daughters ear. I even give it to my cat if he’s under the weather or stressed from vets visits. Would highly recommend.
