Q: Why does the screen turn off automatically?

When the product is not plugged in, the screen will turn off automatically without any operations more than 5 minutes. You can change this in Settings > Screen.

Q: How to change to the English language on the device?

Slide the screen to the page with a settings icon, tap the settings, tap the one with an earth icon, then you can choose English as the system language.

Q: How to switch the temperature unit?

Find Settings icon on the screen and choose "Units", you can change the units of temperature.
