Best combo design and quality on the market!
Great, Stable, and Easy to use design. After much research including a stop to have my wife try out different chairs and walkers I decided on this one. She has had extensive back surgery and fusion and I wanted the back and seat to be comfortable (they are) and the wheels to be solid rubber (not plastic) to handle the bumps. It came extremely well packed, is one of the best thought-out designs I have seen. It solidly maintains a stable center of gravity when she pushes on the arm-rests to get up. It really is as light weight and well built as advertised and rides really smooth for her!

Great Product
Well built and very stable. My wife is 5’ 2” and around 115 pounds and this rollator is perfect for her. Very comfortable for her to ride and provides great support when she uses it as a walker. Easy to set up and folds up nicely. We plan to take it on a cruise with us and also use it in the airport. We are very happy with our purchase,

Great walker/transport chair
I love how this can easily go from a walker to a wheelchair. The footrest comes attached and can be folded up out of the way. It is easy to push. The seat has a good cushion. We took it on a cruise and it fit through the cabin door no problem. It is pretty light weight and easy to lift. I only wish it could fold up smaller. All in all very happy with this product. Probably best for people under 150 lbs.

Versatile, great quality for the price range!
I just purchased this rollator for my 91 year old mother. The quality is great for the price. She is a small woman, but finds it easy to use. She loves it! I love the versatility! So easy to take her shopping with the reversable seat back and flip down foot rest. She says it is comfortable to sit in. It folds and opens in one simple motion. It is smaller and lighter than a wheel chair...also easier to fit in a trunk (Toyota Camry). As her caregiver, it is very convenient for me.The brake cables tend to stick out a bit on the sides...they could catch on things, but that is very easily remedied using small zip ties and attaching them loosely (pictured) so as not to impede the brake cable movement. We would both recommend this rollator!

BUYER BEWARE
The back support is not adjustable and simply fell down to my bottom on me. Not comfortable and didn't provide any support where I needed it.Also, you cannot put on your own brakes. Brakes are only accessible to whoever is pushing the chair. Big disappointment/letdown after having used my Rollator for so long.HARDEST SEAT I have EVER sat on!!! Why didn't anyone mention this in their reviews? Can't believe it!!!And best of all, if you want to return it, AMAZON assumes no responsibility. You will have to return to the company in California at what would be a cost of over $600 for me in MD.Think long and hard before gambling on this cash cow. Much better options are available. Only wish I'd known the score ahead of time.

Brakes hold only 50% not fully
Rather stiff & brakes did not fully engage....

Good for most uses.
Very hard to roll over a low door threshold. You will get stuck and have to rock back on the back wheels. Not easy to do, even with a small lady rider. Also, the front wheels will sometimes rotate sideways when they do not clear the threshold. This will lock you in place, causing you to have to back up and take another run at clearing the threshold. For normal, flat surfaces, it works OK.
