PERFECT
Been bodybuilding for over 30 years. These straps are perfect, they are thick, strong and the pad is the best. I have old scars on my wrist from old staps. Not anymore. I've used and ripped all other brands. These are the best out there.

OK but cumbersome.
I bought these straps to give my wrists and thumb a break. In weight training you never wanna let your hands or wrists become the weakest link. Unfortunately, I found these very cumbersome to try and use, especially when attaching both hands to the cable machine.
