Shabby Chic Multi Surface Sealant - 250ML

Very easy to use, it dries out very fast and you can apply a second coat after 30 minutes. It gives a satin finish.

bought this as extra incase i ran out of my previous tin. Little goes along way. So far paint hasn't chipped or faded. Great value

Easy to use

Shake the tin before open. Great coat however you need 2/3 coats to notice something. Scratched appeared a week after we applied the coat.

Did what it said on tin brilliant

I want to love this. I applied sooooo many coats of this after using Annie Sloan chalk paints on my bedside table. Unfortunately I still can’t wipe the surface of my furniture and it doesn’t provide a smooth finish. I will look for another product. Also the pot is tiny

This is a great product if you want to seal paint but do not want the sealer to change the look. I used it over a whitewash i had put on bare wood. It goes on smoothly and dries quickly. It does not leave a shine at all or change the whitewash in any way. You don't need to use much. Very impressed.

Edited: vendor refunded my payment in full. I will give them another try next time I need this item!This Shabby Chic sealant had weird white clumps in the can, even after shaking and stirring a LOT, and often! It was difficult to apply because it seemed to dry almost immediately, so wherever your brush went overlapped a painted area it left clumps and streaks and brush marks. Looks like I will need to sand and re-paint. Not good. I do not recomment!

I have used this for two refinishing projects now and love it! I have used with chalk paint and milk paint with great results. It leaves a nice luster that is not matte but also not glossy, which looks great over matte chalk paint .
