DJI Mic Mini Mobile Phone Adapter (Lightning)

Instant connection with no fuss yes is a tad expensive for what it is but these days you definitely get what you pay for five stars all round highly recommend but this and not a cheaper alternative

I use an older iPhone 12 for some of my video work alongside a newer Android phone, so the standard USB C bits that came with the DJI Mic Mini left me in a bit of a muddle. Buying this separate Lightning adapter was the only real way to get the microphone receiver working with my older Apple gear, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. The best thing about it is how easy it makes swapping between two completely different phone systems mid shoot. You just slide the connector onto the receiver base and it clicks into place. My iPhone picks up the audio signal instantly with no crackling or fussing about. The sound stays perfectly clear, so you do not lose any quality by running it through an extra adapter. The main annoyance is that the physical fit feels a bit loose once it is plugged into the phone port. The receiver sticks out a fair bit and wobbles slightly if you move around too fast while filming handheld. You also have to watch out when putting it away, as it is a microscopic piece of plastic that is very easy to lose in a kit bag, and DJI charge a premium for replacements. If you are a content creator who juggles an Android device and an iPhone 14 or older, this saves you from having to purchase a completely separate wireless microphone setup. It handles the cross-platform stuff beautifully and lets you keep using your older gear without any drama.

Pretty cool, really easy to use, and produces good quality audio especially considering how small the device is. Not sure it's worth the price, but also not sure there are many good alternatives either

For what it is, this product is super cheat. I have been using the DJI Mic 2 to connect to my phone for phone recordings and it's super long and convoluted. You had to attach the USB converter on to the receiver first and then put on the mic. This is way is far easier. Simply put in the USB C adapter to your mobile and it works straight away. No fuss, no hassle. It's far smaller than the DJI Mic 2, I can fit into a medium sized pocket and pretty much take it everywhere. I put it inside of my mini messenger bag and it doesn't feel like it's even there. It's super light almost like a toy, but it still feels strong and sturdy. I only use it 1 hour at a time, it's been a week so far and I haven't had to charge the whole kit yet. Battery life is excellent!

I can't believe how good this is. I am using it as a microphone for my computer, and it somehow doesn't pick up the really loud speakers, but it picks up my voice incredible clearly. It's super light and the range is great. Im very impressed with this, and will buy another.

Tested on my iPhone and it works perfectly with the DJI Mic Mini. Setup was quick and seamless, with no connection issues. Audio is transmitted reliably and the adapter feels well made. A simple but essential accessory for anyone using the DJI Mic Mini with a Lightning-equipped iPhone.

Great microphone from DJI, I’d recommend it. The noise cancelling feature works really well in a noisy environment, battery last longer, easy to use. The DJI Mimo APP has few glitches and it’s enormous almost 2GB, eating up storage space on the mobile phone, but you don’t need to keep the app, use once for firmware update and initial settings then delete it.

YouTube動画の撮影用に、Osmo Pocket 3と一緒に使うため購入しました。 以前はデスクに置くマイクで録音していたので、音質には満足していても、撮影中にマイクから離れられず、動きがかなり制限されていました。 このマイクに変えてからはその問題がなくなり、Osmo Pocket 3で撮影しながら自由に動けるようになりました。小さくて軽く、服につけてもあまり気になりません。 音質も非常に良く、動画撮影用としてかなり満足しています。Osmo Pocket 3との組み合わせも使いやすく、撮影の準備がシンプルなのも気に入っています。 唯一個人的に気になるのは、マイク本体のDJIロゴがかなり目立つことです。動画に映るものなので、ロゴなし、あるいはもう少し控えめなデザインのモデルもあれば嬉しいです。 とはいえ、性能や使いやすさについてはほとんど不満がなく、個人的にはかなり気に入っています。

This DJI Mic Mini Lightning adapter was exactly what I needed. I have an iPhone with a Lightning port, and my DJI Mini Mic Receiver uses USB-C, so getting the two to work together was a headache at first. I tried an off brand cheap adapter (USB-C to Lightning) and that didn't work at all. I didn't realize that not every adapter actually supports the audio connection the way you'd expect. This DJI original lightning adaper for the receiver fixed the problem there never was, right away. I plugged it into my DJI Mic Mini receiver, connected it to my iPhone, and it worked perfectly the first time. No complicated setup, no juggling multiple adapters. I'd definitely recommend this one if you have an Iphone with lightning port. Great price as i found for more elsewhere. And of course great quality that's why the cheap USB-C to Lightning adapter to adapter does not work!

This product is ideal for completing the DJI Mini setup, as it includes a Type-C adapter; however, its current price point is rather high and ideally should not exceed AED 50.
