Provides the protection the tender, healing foot needed so I could wear regular shoes. I still needed to choose a pair with a wide/roomy adjustable toe box. Price is excellent. Don’t pay more.

Carbon plate is stiff and durable. Great price and perfect fit. Order one size below shoe size to ensure correct fit. The comfortable cushioned insoles on top is an added bonus.

My podiatrist recommended that I try a carbon fiber shoe insert for the problems I have with an extremely high arch. As I was skeptical, I didn't look for the most expensive insert out there. This brand works very well, the price was great and as I have several walking shoes, I ordered a second pair.

They hold your feet steady, but they don't fit in shoes very well, and so it raises your foot too high in your shoe and pushes you out the top of them, if you have a minimal toe box this will be difficult to use and get in and out if you want to change shoes.

They work as advertised.

Looked decent but the size 9 would not fit in the two shoes I tried so returned them

firm, but not long enough, they advise you to order reg. size but they will be short. so the toes still bends.
