These pads stick super well!! They hurt pulling them off but they don't leave a red mark and I'm very sensitive to adhesive. It warms up nicely in about half an hour and stays warm the whole time. It was still warm after 8 hours when I took it off. It's been helping open up my sinuses and reduce my migraines that I get which radiate from the back of my neck.

The description says the product heats up, it does not. Very disappointed in this. I wanted a product for heat therapy.

I bought from this products prior but different style of patch which worked very well so I ordered in the neck style with max relief, however it doesn't work, no pain relief. I looked to return but it was not returnable?

They work immediately but it hard to keep the patch in place.

These patches work very well. They stick very well if you warm them with your hand for about a minute after you put it on.I sometimes cut them in the shape that I can use on my arthritic thumbs. I like to use them at night because they are less likely to roll up on my hands. All that being said they are excellent for pain relief if you are trying to avoid a lot of the smelly and toxic formulars out there. As a retired nurse it is important to me to use products that are as natural as possible, have fewer interactions and provide relief! I have ordered some and sent them to my son and friends. Btw, you get a lot for your money.

It’s very difficult to peel the adhesive aware from paper.

Patches fall off at every angle on every area of the body. The product does not stick to your skip. Falls off easily. Bummer

I had a bad allergic reaction. It started burning within 3 minutes and when I took it off my skin was very red, inflamed and painful.
