Great water saver
This filter is awesome for any ice bath. It helps water conservation by allowing multiple cold plunge sessions with the same water. It's a great value and environmentally conscious. Excellent.

Cheap but effective
This is a pretty simple and effective small scale water filter/pump. On the plus side, it is easy to maintain, simple and barebones construction so even a newcomer to cleaning and maintaining a filter pump would be in luck. It keeps my cold plunge nice and clean, I use my ozone generator in addition to keep the water usable as long as possible, they are quite a team.However, it is not very durable, so it needs to be treated carefully, and not fully submerged to the cord area. The housing on an electric water pump/filter should be tough, durable, and water resistant, since we all know what happens when electric current touches water, this pump having a problem with durability is a problem.

I just started doing cold plunges and found that even with the tub cover, some debris still gets in so this filter has been helpful. I’m also not interested in using chemicals to keep the tub clean so again, this filter has been helpful between soaks.I do wish there was a way to keep it upright. Maybe with a weight or something. Not sure if that negatively affects the functioning of the filter or not.Overall, so far so good. I’m hoping it lasts me a while 👍🏼

Electric filter cleaner for your cold plunge tub.
I got this for my cold plunge tub. It's easy to use - just drop it in after you're done and it cleans the water. You do need to plug it in. I feel better using this rather than chemicals.

Great Time-Saver!
I've been using an ozonator to control the bacterial growth in the cold plunge and extend the life of the water used in the tank. But that doesn't do anything to filter out particulate matter. I try to be good about putting on a cover but still things get in there and this has been a really helpful tool to help with that process. Its incredibly lightweight so it doesn't give the most "durable" vibes but for the price, I think this is a good value given what I'm seeing it do.
