Don't love them. I tried to use them for 10 days but I think I skipped a day or two because of the texture and taste I didn't like. Made my teeth really sensitive not just temperature and touch they just ached for a day or two. If you're not sure how sensitive your teeth are you probably shouldn't try these.

Really liked these strips. Great adhesive & hold, my teeth had zero sensitivity. Received good results just wish I had better whitening results.

These work great, noticeable whiter teeth after completing the box.

I noticed a difference after just a few treatments. Unfortunately not all of the strips were sticky so didn’t get to use all of the 10 treatments.
