Masterpiece: All Creatures Great and Small, Season 5

This charming series is a great fit for all ages. We love the quaint English village setting and the real-life experiences caring for the farm animals. It has humor, gentle suspense and a wonderful story line. The characters are memorable and exemplary with an interesting edge. We have been delighted with all 3 seasons.

All Creatures Great and Small is an outstanding series! Season 5 continues this beautifully filmed story of James Herriot's books about his life as a veterinarian in the gorgeous Yorkshire Dales. I wait for PBS to present it every January. Thank you to the BBC for sharing this great series! I want it to continue for years and years!

The whole family can watch and it has beautiful scenery, taking care of animals and family.

In the United States, episodes of All Creatures Great & Small are released one episode every week from sometime in January through February.Those reviewers complaining about only being able to watch 1 or 2 episodes after purchasing the season do not understand how the show is broadcast. This is a wonderful TV series on PBS. It is funny, serious, and well acted. I recommend it for an evening of entertainment.

A feel-good story that I rewatch frequently when I need a pick-me-up. If you haven't watched this series, you should, especially if you love animals.

Very enjoyable series. British entertainment if some of the very best out there. If you long for another book, this is our answer.
