So eating pomegranates will provide us this supplement. But pomegranates are expensive and not available year round. This supplement is vital for mitochondrial health. Honestly, I think everybody should take it to help increase their energy output. I recommend this supplement along with stopping intake of all seed oils. Seed oils cause mitochondrial impairment which results in inflammation. And I'm talking seed oils cause 30% mitochondrial impairment. Our mitochondria need this supplement. This is a good one.
