The dongle for the head sets works great once you get the head sets (That were recommended with the dongle), to pair then after that the head sets will pair automatically when you power on the head sets on my PC. The first time you have to get both head set and dongle in pairing mode. If they do no pair you hold the button on the dongle till the light on it starts blinking quickly. Then if it dose not pair press the button on the dongle 3 to 5 more seconds wait and repeat till it pairs. Only issue with the headsets are that they are hard plastic and irritate the ear where they sit. The easy fix for me was to order a bag on the flat round ear foam ear covers. They will wrap around the part that sits next to the ear and I had some one sew them on. After that I put a small slit where the USBC power connect to charge the head sets. Now I can wear them high or low on my ears with no discomfort.

It works as intended, just gotta follow the manual. connections are very quick. Price was ok. There's not any UI to interact with it or do anything on the computer. Just push the button to enter pairing. alot of other reviews dog on the "ease of use" but they're definitely not reading the manual. I got it to link my wireless headset to my PC work calls and teams.

As mentioned in the title, this is what it says it is. I thought it was more than what it was, and in my rush to acquire something I needed, I did not get what I expected to get. But that was MY fault and not the fault of the vendor. This review also serves as a warning to make sure you understand your needs. This dongle does work well as described. The product description is 100% accurate. This is a Bluetooth dongle designed ONLY to provide an audio Bluetooth connection to a Bluetooth-enabled speaker or headset. It is NOT a generic Bluetooth dongle for use with Bluetooth keyboards, mice, phone transfers, etc. Again, any misinterpretation of its actual features for my particular use case is MY fault. As for its ability to be used for Bluetooth audio. It works just fine. I was able to pair it with a bar speaker set I have and play my computer sounds and music through it. For that reason, it works great for what it is. If your computer needs Bluetooth capabilities AND ONLY for the use of Bluetooth speaker connectivity, then this is a more affordable solution for you. But if you think you will ever need to connect your computer to any other type of Bluetooth peripheral, this will not be a good option. In the latter case, spend the extra to get a full-featured Bluetooth dongle.
