My living room is kind of long and not so wide. So when I moved in, I decided to cut it in half. There is now a seating area in one half, and an entry/foyer/gallery in the other half. The place came with this bluish-green carpet that I can't afford to replace. I have a rug in the seating area, and I needed something for the other half (I call it "The Lobby"). i spotted this rug and it seemed to be the right size as well as being affordable. The picture in the description of the rug coming out of the dryer is what really sold me. Not that I will actually put it through the laundry, although I probably could take it to a laundromat. We'll see what the future holds. The description says that the rug is very thin, which is a good thing, in my opinion. Walking on it in bare feet is like walking on velvet, except it's not slippery. The only (little) drawback is that it tends to wrinkle up a bit when my dog has the zoomies. Then it's just a matter of pulling the end to straighten it out again. I may pull it a few inches toward the staircase entry to the condo. That will be easy to do, because the rug is very light in weight. And then I'll just enjoy it.

This rug is kind of impressive! It comes folded into a small, easy-to-carry box, which was surprising. The rug itself has a nice non-slip backing and is super soft. At first, the creases from being folded were visible, but they disappeared after a few days. They claim it's machine washable—I haven't tried that yet, but I'll update my review if I do. It's a great option for a dorm room or any space where you’re not ready to invest in a high-end rug. Overall, a decent rug that does the job well!

I received this item free as an Amazon Vine reviewer and this is my honest review. I only review items I will actually use, and use I do, prior to writing a review.This rug is not really thick (pictured). But I like this as I wanted a rug for a commercial office, and I feel this rug will trap less dirt and debris than a thick pile rug would. Once laid out you can definitely see the fold lines from the factory packaging (pictured). After a few days they are getting better and using a vacuum cleaner on it seems to help. This rug looks nice, with a distressed pattern. The non-slip backing works well and once placed on a hardwood floor this rug stays put. This rug is also super soft. Though I don’t walk around the office in bare feet, this rug makes me want to.As I do at the end of all my reviews, I ask myself if I would actually purchase this item. Yes, I would buy this rug.

(Grey/Ivory).This rug has an elegant look to it and is soft to the touch. It looks very similar to the pictures in the listing. The rug is not like carpet. It’s thin, but if it was a thicker rug you wouldn’t be able to put it in your washing machine and wash it. You will need a machine with a large tub to do so. It is supposedly stain resistant, but fortunately I haven’t had to verify that yet. The back has a lightly rubberized surface to help it stay in place. There are some creases where the rug has been folded, but they gradually go away. I am very happy with the appearance of this rug.

We got this rug for our kids' playroom, but we ended up liking it so much that we got a different color for the playroom and decided to put this one in the living room instead. The pattern is classy and subdued. It's very low pile, but it feels very soft and cozy in bare feet. It just makes you want to sit on it and read a book or something. It's got a nice rubber back so it won't slide around. Not only that, but my kid dumped a sippy cup full of juice on it this morning, and the juice just beaded up like water off a duck's back. I mopped it up with a towel and the rug was only slightly damp, I couldn't even see where he had spilled. Just like the picture shows, this would be a great rug for in front of a couch if you have a cold hard floor.

It's looks okay; it's a bit thin. When compressed, it's about 1/8 of an inch. Full raised pile is about 1/4 inch. So it's thin. This is a fine light use or decorative rug. I definitely would not use this in a high traffic/ high use area b/c it'll just wear away.

This rug is soft and looks great. Perfect for the bedroom.
