It's okay...
The bag came with some white marks on it, that I was not able to remove. It also looks like it has some minor scratches. I think the bag is durable enough. The little sash that came with my purple one was the wrong color, I believe it was the one meant for the black bag. It looks hideous on it. It's not a big deal, but they should be more careful about their packaging, so customers can actually use the sash, if they choose to. Be careful, pay attention that there is no prime shipping and actually takes awhile to ship from China.

Love this bag
This bag is great and perfect to hold my laptop, pen and some paperwork. I love that it's navy (my favorite color).My only complaint is that it came from China. I wasn't aware of that when I place my order and didn't like having to wait weeks for it to arrive.
