Falcon Lightweight Aluminium Rollator 5.5kg - Champagne - (Eligible for VAT Relief in The UK)

Great, sturdy, rollator. Mum had one, used it lots, loved it and never had any problems.Bought this one through Amazon for mother-in-law 3 or 4 months ago. She was extremely happy with itBUT front wheel just fell off :-( It appears to have been because of a worn out or faulty bearing... and I can't find a way to contact the seller to get a replacement part or find where to buy one...Amazon offered to replace it but I have been waiting 9 months...!

Fantastic item. I bought it to take on a holiday which would entail me doing more walking than I usually do. The rollator enabled me to do this with ease. The one problem I encountered were the brake wires kept getting caught if I was walking in a narrow passage. I think the wires would be better put on the inside of the frame.

Absolutely brilliant. My mum loves this wheelie... It folds once and exactly fits in the boot, is minimal weight for one of these devices. Would be great if it folded but would weigh more. Only one point, the champagne is more like gold and mum finds it a bit glitzy, small price to pay for something with variable handle height, a bag and a seat, which has literally given her anew lease of life. Highly recommend

It is the lightest Rollator I know which is ideal as I have a small step into the porch.The break cable needs to be held to the frame with cable ties to stop it catching in narrow passageways. It is comfortable to sit and take a rest upon. I did not have any trouble in getting my VAT relief.

It is the lightest weight for lifting into car & looks good as well
