Almost perfect. But still great.
Awesome amp. Could use a refresh. USB-C and on board Bluetooth would make this perfect. Currently the Bluetooth adapters are no where to be found or be scalped for near $1k for it.App is easy enough.Build is solid. Not my first audiocontrol device and likely won't be my last.

Amazing compact power
Amazing power and crossover control in a compact device. Mounts on the back of the smaller rear seat of your vehicle. Just drop the back seat, plug into your laptop and make your adjustments.

Great sound. Be ready to learn the program.
Sounds great but the programming is a learning curve. Must have the correctDell drivers or it is a bi_ch.

Amp's great, Software is good, customer support is fantastic, manual is RUBBISH!
I found the amplifier to be of excellent quality. It sounds fantastic, the packaging was designed well to keep it safe, and I was quite pleased to have purchased such a fine product, until it came to installation. WHERE IS THE DOCUMENTATION? The hard copy manual is set up for someone who has never installed car audio gear before, but when it gets to the point of explaining the software that you MUST go through to get the amp up and running, the instructions are nearly non-existent. About all I could find in the manual is that we're to reference an on-line manual, which would be fine; I get it, save the trees and all, except there IS NO ONLINE MANUAL! Audiocontrol, what were you thinking? You arguably make some of the best equipment available, but can't give the installer/end user proper documentation? Have you considered what could happen to people's expensive equipment if this device is set up incorrectly? It appears that Audiocontrol was too busy cracking dad jokes in the instructions (which was entertaining, to be honest) than providing proper technical documentation. Pathetic, at best! Thank God for Joshua in their tech-support team who taught me how to use the software and prevented potentially catastrophic damage to my mids and highs. Once I knew how to use it and what all the cryptic, practically unlabeled soft switches were for, everything was a breeze, and the amp is quite capable.
