I got this UPS to replace an old one with only 8 outlets. This one has 12 with a choice of surge, battery powered and eco mode. I don't have to use extension cord like before... not enough outlets. :-) The software coupled with the UPS works fine and have all the infos I need. You can turn off some alarms if you want, very usefull. So far everything work fine.

I have had the product for 3.5 years and while it worked well until the battery went I pulled out the battery to replace it to find out that’s it’s not their brand battery. So either I got one a person returned or they are skimping on the batteries either way not cool

Broke after 4 years. The warranty is 3 years.

Excellent piece of equipment. As I replaced the old one I noticed that they're the same unit. The old one lasted 10 plus years. After 10 years the failure of the old unit was my own fault.
