How does this work on rust on driveway not painted?

i have never tried it on concrete. I am assuming if you let it soak in and use a brush it will work. Might take a few applications. This product is the best remover of ANY rust removers so if if does not work, nothing will.

Can I use this to remove rust from bathroom light fixture?

If the rust on your fixture has effected the paint then it probably can't help you. If it is surface rust, wipe it on, let it sit for 10 seconds, then wipe off. Might take 2 or 3 applications.

Can I use it on my exterior car paint?

It worked on our White Lexus CT200h, but I do not know if it would work safely on other cars with color finish.
