I've never been so satisfied by an online purchase like this one. I don't use it on my eyes only,it works amazing for the back of the neck during stress headaches too.

Heat function stopped working after a month. Team will not respond even if there is warranty

I am rating this product after one month of use. This has been one of the best purchase under USB mask. Pros: 1. Good decent pricing 2. Very gentle fabric and big mask to cover your entire eyes. 3. Even heating 4. 1 full charge works for 3 uses 5. Easy to wash and Maintain 6. After waking up keep it by your side press the button and use it, no fuss, its that simple. The cordless feature makes it very convenient to use and carry and can be used anywhere without the wires. So I would say it is good to have product if you are looking for warm compress. Update post 4 month of use: 1. Battery has started working erratically. 2. Now after charging its not even providing one use also properly. So in long term use battery is one area of problem. Now how should I repair no instructions also.

Je recommande vivement ! Masque utiliser par ma grand mère depuis 1 mois environ , problème de sécheresse au niveau oculaire, depuis son utilisation il y a une nette amélioration. De plus il est très confortable . Plusieurs mode de chauffe. S'éteint seul après utilisation . Et surtout beaucoup moins chère qu'en pharmacie
