I was 350 3 years ago ..I started using these and began losing weight like I was using unlawful products to lose weight ..Very high on fiber ..A whole lot of protein ..Fwd I'm down to 225.00 ..I still am in aww ? I do walking 4 times a week 15 -35 minutes depending on the weather..and my over all feeling... I drink about 3 a day that's 60 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber ! For me fiber is the key..Top it all off there deliciouuuus !

No seed oils or much of any bad things, even some ALAs on the caramel flavor, and it tastes good. I think this is a good brand with the customer's health kept in mind.

Although I have been on a vegan diet for years, it has been more challenging as I enter my 60’s due to needing more protein; I’m sensitive to soy and some beans. This stuff is drinkable, just has a faintly bitter aftertaste. I had to go through much worse before I found this brand.
