Clock doesn’t keep correct time.
I ordered this clock because after I returned my cable box I did not have a digital clock and this one was just the right size for the shelf in my entertainment center. It looks great but the major flaw was it did not keep the correct time. To my way of thinking keeping the correct time is an important function for a clock. Set it at 4:00 PM, went out to a ball game and when I returned at 9:30PM the clock read 8:08 PM. Reset it at 10:00 PM. When I got up at 5:00 AM the clock read 3:03 AM. Returned it.

Needs a Weighed Base VERY VERY Light.
Just got this alarm clock yesterday. Instructions are a bit hard to understand as are most Chinese imports items like this, but after 15 minutes or so of messing around with it I got it set, the clock and dimmer adjustment anyway. My biggest complaint is the weight of the unit. The base needs to be weighted, whereas when sitting on a nightstand or any smooth service if you use the charging ports for your phone or what ever if you move the cord in the slightest it will move the Clock. The other complaint I have is that it does not come with a USB Wall Charger and simply tells you to use a 3 to 5 Volt unit. So I used a standard Phone Wall AC USB Charger which is 5 Volts and 1 Amp. Works fine for the clock and slow charging on your phone through the USB Ports on it. They advertise on the description up to 2.1 Amps combined on the two USB Charging Outputs. Well that would be hard to do with just any AC Wall USB Charger that is 1 Amp. You Would have to have a 5 Volt 3 Amp Wall charger to do this, because the Clock using some power itself (About a half an amp, then whats left 2.5-Amps goes to the two USB Charging Ports and if you used both of them you would have to divide that in two which would give you 1.25 amps per charging port. The problem is good luck finding an AC USB Wall charger rated at 5 DC and 3 Amps or more. Again, it only tells you to use a charger rated at 3 to 5 Volts DC and does not give you any Amp Rating. So the two issues are the advertised Charging Port Output and the clock is just way way too light and needs a weighted base or something to keep it from moving with the slightest touch. It even moves with my floor fan on.

Disappointing but will have to do
The “ power cord” is a usb and it does not come with a usb adaptor to plug into the wall. The clock does not display time unless plugged into the wall, even with battery backup. In order to use this, I must purchase a usb wall adapter. Honestly, for the amount I paid, I should not have to purchase more to use it.I am also very concerned about the safety of the usb cord, as you can see in the picture it does not go all the way into the clock.

Very Happy. Buy it!
Hope this helps you on determining the actual practical size. The font size is quite large and with 3 levels of brightness, I have found this to be too distracting if placed directly below my 65" 4K tv. But like Goldilocks, the middle brightness was just right. But even then, the large font size became a distraction , so moving it from below my big screen was helped by placing it on my adjacent stereo rack. Just perfect there. The blue font fits in perfectly with the blue lights on my Stereo Surge Protector. I would have never guess that there was so much difference between red & blue letters. In a darkened multi-speaker tv movie system, the blue Just Fits Perfectly to the mood. Love it. Oh, yes the face is a perfect mirror finish which has a protective peel off layer. And there's no USB charger but there's a long cord. I had a spare USB charger so no big deal. There's USB extension plugs (2), so you could put it in between so existing charger setup...but mine are empty. Buy it for it's sleek, modern, stylish appearance. I am very happy.

failing after 90-day warranty period...of course
nice, thin (very light) compact clock. slim form factor like a smartphone on its side. buttons aren't very intuitive for changing settings or adjusting the clock. large, brightness-adjustable numbers that started to fail after 3 months. now, parts of of the numbers are fading so much that numbers don't look like the numbers they're supposed to be.

Works well, until it doesn't
I've had this for a little over two years now. And it's worked good until now. Now some number sides don't light up anymore so a 9 looks like a five and other numbers are dimmer than others. I tried changing the battery just to see if that did anything...it didn't. Apparently these things have a shelf life.

Cheap and overpriced
Cheap plastic.... Even the front is plastic... The battery is only to memorize the time in case of a power surge. You have to keep it connected to a power source all the time. Good thing they thought of that and didn't supply an adapter, but only a usb cable..... This item is waaaaaay overpriced. I wouldn't pay more than $3 for it! Only getting an adapter would cost more than this plastic toy....

not good for arthritic fingers
Very small controls. Need a tiny jewlers screw driver to open battery compartment and pull plastic tab.. Very small controls not good for 80 year old with arthritic fingers. After one hour of frustration with controls, I returned it and bought an RCA digital clockwhich took all of 30 seconds to set time. I will give 5 stars to my RCA clock
