This string works but is not as durable as I might have liked. The price is good for the product.

The string is okay seems to be feeling sorry for my grass than cutting it.

This is a very large package of replacement string for string trimmers ( weed eaters )It is very tough stuff. It has raised edges that create an angled cutting area and seem to make trimming easier by cutting clean and fast. The fresh trimmed area looks neat and clean with nice edges, no more frayed or split grass ends. This is important because if the trimmer does not make a clean cut a day or two later the ends of the grass blades turn brown where they are cut. The larger the split or fray in the grass blade the larger the brown spot. A clean cut prevents that and keeps the grass blade tips green. It is easy to respool your trimmer. this string is tough so it last long and does not break right away like the thinner string does. It was also the best price I found for such a large package. This should last several years based on my use and yard size. Another great find on Amazon!

This trimmer line is not suitable for Black & Decker trimmers. The line will not fit into the B & W spool anchors. Amazon makes it very difficult to achieve a refund!

Interesting how a product can have mixed reviews. I think that certain lines may work better for one trimmer vs another. I found this one to be quite durable and affordable for my Ryobi ONE+ trimmer/edger. It doesn’t bind up like another product ive used even though this one says “residential” and the other one said “commercial” and was twice the cost.

Just shopping around for string for the trimmer and this looked like a good deal. Very happy with the performance. Cuts well
