This is a small footprint machine. You have to measure your water and then pour in for each cup you brew. Takes about 3 minutes or so to brew. The bigger needle that punctures kcup on top produces a very good cup of coffee, and it comes out plenty hot. I find it works best when placing your kcup in machine, you push it down to puncture bottom, then close top. I use this machine in basement where I hang out and relax. It’s produces a tasty cup of coffee that’s as good or better than my upstairs machine. A good buy!

I love this single-serve coffee maker! It’s very compact and doesn’t take up much space, which is perfect for small kitchens, dorms, or offices. The pink color is super cute and looks great on my counter. It’s easy to use, heats up quickly, and works well with K-cups. The coffee comes out hot and flavorful, and I like that I can choose different brew sizes. It also fits my regular mug without any problem. Bought this as a gift and she absolutely Loves it. She lives in a small place with limited counter space. She said it is worth the space. Not only is it easy to use and works well, It's cute! She said brew time is comparable to the brand name machines.

The coffee maker works great and is really space saving on my limited counter space. It brews a great cup of coffee in a reasonable smount of time. The base for the coffee cup is small so unless you have cups with a narrow base, it will hang over a bit. The cup is still stable so it's not a big deal to me. The k-cup holder is built in to the machine so cleaning it is a little bit if a challenge. But overall I'm very happy with it!

We were using this specific model Chulux coffee maker, but recently, after 7 months of use, it started to malfunction (steam escaping the unit and coffee not as hot as it should be). So, we contacted Chulux customer service and after helping us confirm our old one could not be fixed, Jerry, the Chulux representative, promptly reimbursed our Amazon account for the purchase of a new one. As to the quality of this coffee maker, I find it superior to several other major brands we tried previously and did not like as much. The quality of the coffee it makes is better tasting than any I've gotten from big name coffee shops, and it's much more flavorful than any we've made from other K-cup coffee makers. Another thing I like about this Chulux model is that it only requires 800 watts, which is significantly less than the 1,000 to 1,200 watts required by other brand K-cup coffee makers we previously used. As a result, we no longer need to be worried about our coffee maker tripping circuit breakers and interrupting our morning routine.

I just wanted to share my experience with the Chulux coffee maker that I recently bought for my mom, who absolutely loves it. My mom did encounter a minor issue with the coffee maker, but after reaching out to Chulux directly, Jerry from their customer service team resolved the problem promptly. Jerry was the epitome of professionalism and efficiency, and we truly appreciated his outstanding customer service. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend the Chulux coffee maker. It's a fantastic product backed by excellent customer support.

You cannot preheat the coffee machine and it takes seven minutes from the time you turn it on to have your cup of coffee. The coffee turns out good, but it is extremely slow if you are in a hurry. The no preheat function is what I don’t like the most about it, other than that it works well. Closing the machine is a little wonky feeling, but it does work. It just takes a good while. Even after putting the water in, the machine will still shut off quickly until you put your coffee pod in and close it. If they could redo this function of the coffee pot, it would be better. I do love the size of the machine and the simplicity. The navy blue color is very cute.

Do not hesitate to buy a product from CHULUX! I needed to contact customer service over and issue and they were prompt in getting back to me, giving some troubleshooting, working with me through that and then ultimately replacing the coffee maker with a brand new one. This Single Serve coffee maker looks and works wonderfully, as good as the name brand K-Cup machines, for a fraction of the cost. The one thing I will say, this unit does take @ 3 minutes or so to brew, which is slower than the name brand unit....BUT...it also uses about 1/2 the watts to make the coffee happen. For me, waiting 3 minutes for coffee isn't a problem, and the lower watt demand is perfect for use in my camper. The coffee itself is no different than the name brand...did a side by side taste test with the same K-Cup type and there was no difference in taste, temp or aroma. Want a great coffee maker for 1/2-ish the cost of a similar unit by the name brand company and want top notch customer service too? This is the coffee maker you're looking for, no doubt!
