Stays in place, comfortable. Provides instant relief
I have joint replacements in both shoulders.I use this ice pack at least multiple times a Day. It provides immediate relief. It’s easy to put on and remove. I keep it in my freezer. I’m able to walk around with it on.

decent shoulder ice pack.
It's not the most comfortable to wear, definitely couldn't work with it on. It is nice to have for the cold, it helps ease the shoulder pain which generates down the arm. It says only wear for 20 min at a time but I just leave it on til the bag looses it's coldness. I haven't tried as a heat pack yet. This design does help keep the coolness in place as opposed to ones you have to keep holding or tie on you shoulder.

Works well for the price.No smell, soft, and doesn’t stick to your skin. The only downside is that when it’s frozen, it’s a bit hard to get the arm strap wrapped securely around the product—it doesn’t stay in place easily. But overall, still a good

I slipped on the ice and broke my shoulder. I could use the ice pack even when I couldn't move my arm. It was a life saver. It gets cold and it molds to your body.

Lack of gel
The item fits my shoulder completely, but the gel is minimal in the arm patch. It moves around easily. It might pocket in the front of your shoulder and so the rest of your shoulder has no ice on it. I am so disappointed. Go to the store and buy two or three bags of frozen peas, they work better and you can save money. I do not recommend this. At least, not for icing the shoulder. Because part of my shoulder has no gel. Waste of money

Good idea, but not quite properly designed
Good idea, but it doesn't easily sit on my shoulder and it doesn't stay cold that long. I think it need more "freezing" area to be effective for me.
