Easy to set up, can add memory card for more storage
Nothing I dislike about this product very easy to set up and use once photos are transferred from your phone you can edit them in the actual picture frame, perfect size for putting anywhere in the house very good quality image, performance of the frame is brilliant have had no problems. Also is touch screen which is very handy. Overall I am very impressed with this product. Every time I take a decent picture now I go onto the app that is connected to the frame and add it on straight away how good is that. Can sit in my living room and look at all our memories 😊

Rubbish
Keeps turning off. Slow. Wont recognise sd card. Poor quality. Definately better off getting tablet. No features on this at all.

Great way to jog your memory with thousands of photos. Like a virtual subtle photo album.
Give those old photos new life by subtly displaying them. Like having thousands of framed photos around the house-without cluttering up the walls and the framing expense. Unlike consciously getting out and reviewing a photo album (which I seldom do), or demanding someone’s attention to look at your vacation pictures, viewing (or not) is more subconscious. Makes a good conversation piece when a particular photo catches visitor’s eyes. Grandchildren get a kick out of seeing photos of themselves suddenly appear, as well as old photos of their parents as kids. Also stirs up memories of people, places, and events—which can be therapeutic. Preloaded frame with photos of better days would be ideal present for someone suffering from depression, dementia, or incapacitated. Since it uses on board memory, it can be preloaded and set up in a hospital room with no internet or communications requirements. Presently have 877 photos, using 245 MB out of 5.97 GB, i.e., 4% of the on board memory. Easy to select photos from files or photos on my iPad to download. Photos can be downloaded, by anyone that you give permission to, via the internet. Stored on board memory with no subscription fees. Have not used it, but has provisions to download the library to a SIM card. Photos are stored in the order they are downloaded, and as far as I can tell, there is no way to rearrange the order of display. They can be cropped, rotated, and edited as usual. Alexa can be used to switch on and off by voice or on a timed routine. The remote can advance forward and backward, delete, etc.

Holds a lot and with sound!
Love it! Holds pictures and videos with sound! Family can send pictures to it which is great when you don’t live close by.

One small change would make a world of difference
Change the upload default from Fill Frame to Fit to Frame!!Does what it says it will do. The Display is good. It sleeps at the sleep time and wakes at the wake time. The app has limited functionality as to interacting with the frame. The display options are good, but they have to be accessed on the touchscreen frame. The remote control on the app lets you navigate pics, but does not allow getting into the frame configurations.Upload default is to “Fill the Frame” instead of “Fit to Frame”, so if you upload a portrait photo f Grandpa G’s face to a landscape frame, you may only see one nostril and a nose hair. You can adjust it on your phone first, if uploading a single image at a time, but if batch uploading, you have to adjust each picture on the frame after they have been uploaded. When batch uploading I want to be able to choose the Fit to Frame or Fill Frame for each batch. At the very least the default should be Fit to Frame NOT Fill Frame. There is no easy way to delete photos on the frame. The only way I know is to use the remote control on the app. You cannot batch delete.Management is not as easy as it could be, but we are enjoying the frame.

Good frame
I bought this in January 2023. It worked great up until about 4 months ago. I could share pics take them from my phone. The pics looks really good on the frame no problem with any of that, but it would stop and just freeze on one pic when it was in slide show mode. I would rest it and a week or so later it would do the same thing over and over. Then it would just shut off by itself. I would unplug it for a while then turn it back on it would be ok for a week or so then go back to messing up again. There is a white pic of a plug that comes on it when it is updating. Well this one will do it for like an hour at a time 3 or 4 time in the same day. I finally just shut it off and now I'm going to have to look for another one. To be fare for the first 6 months it was one of the best frames I have had.

Easy to set up
The picture frame is a nice size, you can see the pictures from across the room. It was easy to set up and for our large family to upload pictures. A code is needed for your first connection to the frame, once you connect, you can upload pictures anytime. The AiMor app is easy to figure out. I've been handing out codes to our family, as each code only lasts a few hours. But the code is easy to get, and once someone connects to the frame, they won't need the code anymore. The touchscreen is not as sensitive as your phone or tablet, you need a firmer touch, especially when typing in the wifi password or navigating through the settings. I haven't figured out how the temperature is set, it's not correct, and you can't turn that display off, it's turned on with the time setting. But that's no big deal.
