Clip is too tight

This is the 3rd or 4th nylon, clip on IWB holster I've bought from Barsony over the years. The fit for multiple guns has always been perfect. The metal IWB clip is perfect and has never loosened. It's quick and easy to put on and take off, and none of them have ever come out with a draw. To be transparent, I have high end kydex IWB holsters with belt loops that I use for EDC but they are 3 x the price. I use these for quick trips to the mailbox, the corner store, and the times I used to rationalize not carrying because I didn't want to swap holsters, or belts, or I was wearing gym shorts, sweats, or jogging pants with a string/elastic waistband. For this niche use - these nylon clip on Barony's can't be beat (and I've got a box of other name brand holsters that didn't work). 10 Stars for the niche I use them for.

The holster is the perfect size for my m&p shield. It's comfortable, and it is one of the only ones I have found that the clip will grip onto almost any material my pants are, without the need for a belt. Only negative I have about it is... The material it is made out of wears out a little faster than I anticipated. This is my second one, and they've both lasted about 6 months each, before the material at the muzzle end of the holster has started to fray a little bit and allows the gun to slide a little farther down in the holster, making it harder to draw.Side note: it also fits my m&p45c, m&p9 full size, and sw40ve/sigma 40 pretty well, but it does cause it to stretch a little bit, so there's no going back to subcompact afterwards.

I've only owned a few holsters in my life. I bought this one to compare the difference between one made from fabric and one made from plastic (kydex). The plastic holsters are nice, some better than other, but I find that sweat can make it uncomfortable over time and they generally feel bulky, even the good ones. This one made by Barsony is great. The fabric is super comfortable against my skin. I don't feel a layer of sweat in between the holster and my skin. It fits my M&P9 Shield well with a little room to spare. I gave it 4 stars because the fabric actually does stretch over time which makes the firearm feel a little loose in the holster. I'm not saying that I wobbled or anything. It just feels like if I were knocked to the ground, for example, the gun might slip out of the holster.

Bought this for my Ruger SR40c. No complaints at all, arrived on time and fits my gun like a glove. (No laser or accesories equipped on the gun) Inside the waistband feels snug and comfy, concealment of my fire arm is dead on. Hardly noticable to any one, unless they are staring or some thing. After all, it is a gun in your waist. So its not like it disappears in thin air until needed. Quick draw is a smooth motion, doesn't snag on the weapon. Installation of the weapon can be a bit tricky at first. Takes a little practice. Stitching seems to holding up nicely and the metal belt clip is strong and secure. Not a bad holster for a sweet price. Great for home protection, personal use and events, etc. Or even first time buyer, can't go wrong.

It is super easy to get carried away with these accessories but something simple like this does the job and does it well. I have a S&W Shield 9 and it works great on my belt. For all of the larger fellas out there I have a belly and some side muffin and this is one of the more comfortable holsters I have carried. I like that the entire gun except for the grip is covered which makes it more soft and comfortable when sitting or putting pressure on it.

The holster fits the gun, it's well built, and I believe it will be quite a while before wear and tear really sets in. For the high utility, the bang to buck, I would definitely order this holster again after the one I have now is beat up. I mean, I could have multiple of these for less than the price of many holsters out there, and the collective time they would last would probably be much longer. Definitely worth it.
