I orered in green "12 Pieces Ceramic Dinnerware Set, Modern White Dish Set for 4，Scratch Resistant Smooth Plates and Bowls Sets，Oven Safe，Microwave & Dishwasher" set. These are now my favorite ever dishes. We eat a lot of salads and when I put the salad on a plate, the lip on the dishes is perfect. I also like dishes like spaghetti and noodles on these dishes. The little lip on the edge just makes me feel the food on the dishes will not fall off when passed to the person they are going to. I have used them many times in the dishwasher and misrowave with no problems.
