Good stuff
I don't know if my teeth are getting white, but they are certainly cleaner than they've been in years. I smoke and drink coffee, so I'm not helping the whitening process. 🤷The terrible tartar buildup on the insides of my teeth is nearly gone (yay!), and my mouth feels nice overall.I'm not sure about the advice to leave it in your mouth as long as possible - I brush my teeth because I've eaten, which means I have food particles in all that - and I want it all out. So I do rinse well after brushing. I'm not so fanatic that I'll brush a second time to be able to leave a coating on my teeth.The light mint flavor is nice, not overwhelming, and doesn't burn like some normal toothpastes do.

Toothpaste with fluoride is dumping down America switch to Himalayan toothpaste I highly recommend it. It does the job and better than regular commercial toothpaste.
