Very nicely done
Very nicely done Airfix...Although this is a vintage classic and quite dated it goes together very nicely. I have completed the LCM 3 and it looks fantastic. The Sherman is halfway to completion and will be used to complete the Scammell Tank Transporter.Recommended for anyone who has a modelling interest, especially the beginner

Oldie but goodie
Fantastic little kit for its 1974 vintage. Mine went together really well with no filler required. There was no flash on the plastic parts, detail is good for the scale and my only criticism is the rubber band tracks which had quite a bit of flash and were difficult to join. Otherwise though a lovely kit and I think one of the better Vintage Classics.

Not really for the beginner and despite its age little flash on parts.
(As is common with most kits no paints or glue are supplied)Despite this Vintage Classic kit dating from 1967 the plastic parts carry very little flash. The model is a little tricky to assemble in places, particularly the rubber band tracks, which didn’t seem to reach all the way around my tank and left a gap. I filled it with plastic card (so I put the join on the bottom). I glued the tracks on with 5 minute epoxy from Gorilla. The rear steering wheels also gave me trouble and I had to just glue them in position despite the instructions saying they can be adjustable.Lots of YT videos on how to build and paint this model, I went with the rear box art paint scheme, which apparently was to try and hide the tanks from enemy planes and spotter balloons before the battle, they ditched the idea pretty quickly as it just got covered in mud.Overall it’s a cheap kit (I paid £7 for mine) and despite it’s issues I had fun making and painting it. It seems relatively accurate to the one I've seen in the tank museum, although more skilled builders can modify it more. I wouldn’t buy it as a first kit though best to stick with a more modern kit and try this when the builder has more experience.

Good but the tracks are the problem.
It's a good build but the tracks are the rubber ones so are a pain to get on.

Vintage Classic Product
A lot of reviews seem to be quite scathing, about airfix not releasing kits of the same quality as in the old days. However this is a vintage classics kit, it's an affordable kit using tooling from 1968, for people looking for a simple kit with good quality that holds up. Although it should always be known this comes with an understanding of problem solving with model kits as it's not going to be a contemporary high quality standard. Overall this kit comes with options for 2 different builds of the T-34 and for the most part goes together very happily and for what I paid I'm very happy with the quality. It definitely holds up despite it's age. It doesnt contain paints, like the vadt majority of model kits on the market. (Assume kits don't unless they specify they do!) It's in 1:76 scale, so sits a little small against more modern kits in 1:72 scale, which is probably my only complaint.

Cumple con todo. Es una excelente compra
The media could not be loaded. Es de buena calidad, está a la escala dicha y es fácil de pintar, al momento de armarlo llega a ser un poco difícil por unas piezas pequeñas.

Great Kit!
Johns_Model_KitsThis is a great vintage kit. Not too much flash compared to the other 1:76 scale Airfix tanks I've built recently. Everything went together nicely, the details from the mold look amazing at this scale. Really enjoyed this one! If you're an experienced modeler this will be most certainly a simple kit. Now onto a muddy diorama with trenches for this one!

It is worst product . Don't buy. It's a fraud
Worst don't buy. It's a fraud. Nothing can be make by paper like plastic parts

The size is TINY! Not worth the price.
Do companies understand that this is the age of the 3D printer, and that people are not completely at their mercy? I've bought models four times this volume at the same price. It's made of plastic, you know - not gold! You can afford to make it a little bigger. There's no need to be SUCH cheapskates. And the way it fits together! No thought given to design at all. Dozens of tiny parts, and the edges of the floor, walls and ceiling of the main tank are thin edges THAT DO NOT FIT INTO EACH OTHER IN ANY WAY and have to be glued together. A miserable job.A good model for people who enjoy useless pain and have too much time on their hands.
