dibea Cat Tree Scratching Post, XX-Large, 200 cm, Brown

I bought one of these 2 yrs ago and it was amazing. I bought another one a month ago and it was cheap rubbish. The product in the picture is the one I recieved 2 yrs ago, that is not the one you will get now! The quality is so much lower, the fur is thin and cheap, the platforms are significantly smaller. I asked to return this product, the customer service was robotic and unhelpful. I was told it was my own responsability to ship a 15kg package, the size of a washing machine back to them in Germany! Wtf! It would cost me more than I paid for the thing! Beware the returns policy!!

I had to give this item 1 star as there is no option for zero. However the item arrived earlier than expected so maybe they can have the one star for that! This cat tree is huge, its a perfect size for my Bengal kitten. However, it arrived yesterday and I have had nothing but problems. One of the posts was missing an inbuilt screw so I could not attatch the top laying plate therefore making it wobbly and unsafe. I am also therefore unable to attach one of the top scratching posts as I have nothing to screw it into. Today, the bottom post which attaches to the lower cave/house has fallen off the cat tree as the inner screw to this one has fallen out. So now, I have had to remove this post too for my cats own safety. I now only have half the cat tree I have paid for. I have contacted this seller for a refund or replacement but have not heard back yet. I will update this review when I have received a response. So far, I'm VERY unimpressed by the quality.

Took me about 2 hours to assemble, not in any hurry as the cats were playing with the pieces whilst I was building it. Revolutionised their lives they spend lots of time jumping, chasing each other on it. They also sleep in the little rooms and on the seats. They all like to sit on the highest one too. Has really enhanced their lives, less time sleeping. Only thing missing was a ball dangling on a string which some of the cat trees have, so I just made and added one myself by tieing it on, so no problem. Great cat tree with loads of room for them to play on and investigate.

This is a good value cat tree and easy to assemble. I replaced my old tree as the string had be completely torn and the cardboard underneath shredded too. I went for a bigger tree whilst my cat is still young enough to use it it fully. I didn't realise at 2 meters it might be too tall for my cat. She seems uncomforble on the top platform and won't even sit on the 2 lower ones. She is OK sat on top of the cat house though. She needed a bit of time to get used to new tree, but seems happier with it now.

I love this item and so do my cats! It’s very big and sturdy for both of my cats to be on at the same time. The only reason it got 4 stars was because the instructions to put it up were completely rubbish, none of the parts were labelled like they were in the book and I had to get a tape measure so I could measure each tube as they were all different sizes even though they all look the same and it took me an hour to put up. But now that’s it up I love it and it’s definitely worth the price and hassle!

My six month old kittens love it. It is worth every penny. I read the reviews and built it to suit my kittens needs rather than the design stated

Looks great but my god what a pain in the whatsits to assemble! Needs better labelling of pieces to prevent it turning into something resembling a puzzle from the Crystal Maze!!Once up however looks great. Good quality & the cat LOVES it!! Delivery was very fast too.
