product didnt work, instructions required a sim card even when product description said no sim required. i understand if you pay for a plan for it. but there was no such thing. it required a sim card to use, making it not actually satellite internet. it is a glorified hotspot that if you dont have a hotspot plan already, youll actually get your sim card deactivated and not actually get internet from it

Very small and easy to use

So when the item came I ordered a sim card for it also. When the sim card came it was for Verizon. So after installing it it still did not work so I called Verizon and they asked me to send a picture of the device information on the inside of the device and after seeing it they said it was not compatible with their system.

I looked and looked to make sure this was Free internet, nothing was said anywhere that it needed a SIM card, so I'm not sure what type is needed or what provider I am sure now you have to pay for the SIM card and data service, so nothing is freeThis is false advertisementThis is JUNK to meI can't use it.

There’s no instructions on how to work it just tells you you need a SIM card. I guess I have to go to AT&T and pay for service but you’re not indicated when before your purchase.

Got a SIM and put it in. Starts up fine. Seems to connect to the satellite. I'm supposed to navigate to 192.168.100.1 where there's a web widget. Log in with admin/admin credentials to set up. ...except my browser finds nothing at that address.

You don't get free Internet if you have to buy a sim card and pay to use the sim card!
