These magnesium tablets are good but a bit big to swallow. They didn’t leave an after taste. I had a good nights sleep and felt relaxed.

I've suffered for years with aching legs after any exercise, even a shortish walk. These pills have solved that and I'm sleeping very well too. Difficult to swallow but I get them down with a full glass of water.

I normally take tablets with ease but my goodness these are actually huge! Believe the other reviews when they say they are.. they are not exaggerating! Even snapping them in half I'm still struggling. I knocked down the rating because of this but overall they are actually really beneficial and has helped me feel better so I will proceed but I dread when it comes to taking them.

Tablets are quite big so I have been breaking in half to swallow.

I have taken magnesium since the peri menopause started a few years ago for restless legs and sleep and they most definitely help! I notice when I run out. The only problem I had with this make is the size of them. I had to break them in half and even then they were difficult to swallow without gagging. I can take a handful of medication (up to 8) in one go like I do most days for my pain but these took me back to childhood and trying swallow paracetamol lol. I won’t be ordering again because of just this one problem. 😢 I end up drinking a pint of juice then getting up for the loo a million times. But they are very effective if you can tolerate the size of the tablets ☺️

These are fantastic especally if you have joint pain or Fibomilaga arthisis or wake with cramps i will be buying again these have helped would highly recommened these

Compro questo magnesio della Prowise da molto tempo, per mia moglie e non lo cambiamo più. Lei si trova benissimo perché, a differenza di altri tipi di magnesio che le davano fastidio, questo è leggerissimo sullo stomaco. I switched from a previous magnesium supplement to this one because I found that the old brand only contained 40mg of elemental magnesium per capsule, compared to the 202mg this one offers. The different forms of magnesium have made a noticeable effect in my life, helping me with all sorts of related problems. The seller recently switched the capsule to a smaller form, which solved the issue of having a hard-to-swallow tablet. Overall, I have 0 complaints and only praise for this product! Already on my second bottle and will continue ordering!
