Perfect for my curry dishes
This was exactly what I needed for my curry dishes. I have a hard time finding scotch bonnet peppers and even though I know I can use a habanero, it’s nice to be able to use the pepper for the original recipe.But man the heat level is high! Truly a little goes a long way in heat and good flavor. 1/8 tsp gives a huge pot the right amount of pinch if you don’t want it too spicy but just enough of a zing. Definitely worth the purchase and so glad I found it.
