Felt bloated and lethargic and was recommended this product as a deep clean for my systemMixed reviews but I gave it a spin. Followed the instructions, took 2 capsules before bed with water, have to say increased regularity but nothing special for first 3 days. Day 4 I did notice that I was a little more gassy with farts I could market as weapons of mass destruction.Roll forward to evening 4, took my capsules and went to bed, to be woken up at 4 am with that "well this isn't a fart" feeling. Dashed out to the loo and thank god I did, I have used jet washes with less power than the veritable poonami I experienced at that moment, and for the next few hours.It's safe to review that these bad boys work, it's like being a dam bursting.My only advice is to plan taking these, probably best not before a work day or if you have to share toilet facilities, when you need to go there is no messing about or you'll end up with pants like a mudslide.Overall I feel tip top now!

If you would like to hit the huge red button as far as a clear out is concerned, then choose these bad boys. If you are looking for a gentle cleansing detox, then avoid! The senna content will leave you running for the nearest convenience if you aren’t used to it. Also causes stomach cramping due to the senna so be aware, nonetheless does what it promises and is effective for a good clear out along with not being bad value wise for this sort of thing.

DON’T waste your money on this product it doesn’t work & it’s not eligible for a refund however , Amazon did refund me as their terms & conditions allows 30days & how would you know if the product worked without trying it first? - That should have been the first red flag.Saw mixed reviews and hoped it would be fine but I will wait until the usual ones in order are back in stock.Never seen white coated “colon cleanse products “& will definitely avoid any further ones seen online.

Will update in few days.After 1 day of taking just 1 tablet i feel already better. Im less bloated and my own clothes dont pin inyo my body as much. It gived me lots of gas over the night. I did woke up with mild gut cramping few times but nothing serious. I woke up feeling quite well. I had cramping during the day. And went toilet few times. I have IBS and im waiting for colon surgery so kepping clean is my aim . Tablets works so far. That is just update on day 1. On packet it says to take 1 tablet every night for 4 days , than to upgrade to 2 tablets. I woild be scared to take two. It does work.

These were GOOD when they were WHITE. Just ONE of the WHITE tablets cleared me out.They’re now brown. One did NOTHING, two STILL did nothing.Avoid, as they’ve obviously changed their ingredients very recently.
