I've been buying this brand for years and they are always top quality so no worries about the contents.Excellent dose of K2 which contains both MK-7 and MK-4 so get a good all round supply. A serving size is 2 capsules a day, so as there are only 60 capsules these will only last a month, which makes them a little high priced unfortunately.

I have ordered from Time several times before and can happily say that these meet the same high standard as their other offerings, I really like that these have no bulking agents to them.These tablets are easy enough to swallow thanks to their size and shape. The benefits of only taking 2 tablets a day can be seen with long-term use.

Excellent manufacturer who offers a wide range of natural supplements and has a terrific reputation. Vitamin k is important and we often do not get enough. It can make a big difference to us. My gripe about this is that there are only sixty, when many will give you a year's worth for about the same price and same strength. You don't need a high strength vitamin k if you take one each day, every other day is enough for most strengths.

I'm personally taking as I have some joint issues and just to prevent any further issues, the capsules are not difficult to swallow, they're actually quite sleek, I like that these are vegan so it's accessible to take without any gelatin..
