I brought it for myself as a fan of Descendants films as a 26yrs old woman

If you or your children adore descendants, this allows you to have an extra peak into the world of Auradon and The Isle of the Lost. Allows for better understanding of characters and their portrayal in the films.

The book was for my granddaughter , she has a lot of the Descendants books. Don’t know if she has read it yet.

I discovered the entirety of Under the Sea in which Uma was able to get to the Isle of the Lost and get her magic in the Descendants Short Story through from below the dome. Then she joins forces with Hades. The beginning of the Descendants short story was actually in the middle when Uma and Hades hypnotized her into going to the pier. They planned to get the way out through the remote which opens the barrier that Mal keeps in her pocket. They do Uma was luring her into a trap so she can appear through the door seen in the sunken ship wreck and steal the remote, and quite possibly get her revenge on Mal by keeping her as Uma and Hades's prisoner. I get to understand how Mal got from the shipwreck back to shore which was by her friends pulling her away via the Evil Queen's damaged mirror. I don't understand how all parties but Hades forgot these events and why Mal didn't go to friends after they pulled her away. The ending of Under the Sea was better when Mal, Evie, Jay, Freddie, and their AK (Auradon Kids) graduate.

Got this book for myself. It was so interesting that I read it whole on the first day when I got it.I have a different perspective on descendants now.
