Great sound quality
If you are thinking of buying, you should definitely spend the extra money for this set of headphones. The product is light weight and does not bother my ears. The boom mic is excellent. My wife always complained about being able to hear me on my old (other brand) of headphones. I tried calling in the car wash and the other end could not hear all the racket that was going on with the blowers and spray nozzles. Even took out most wind noise, standing outside in the wind. Comes with a nice case, battery life has been great. I have been able to go 3 to 4 days listening to music and talking. The app is nice but does not have a lot of options for EQ. Pretty much music or talking are your two options. I have not had issues with it vibrating my face off when talking to people on the phone. And like I said tried it in the car wash and was able to hear the person on the other end just fine. The music volume is pretty loud as well. I run it as low as I can and it is a little loud sometimes to hear things in the room. Connects instantly when turned on. Definitely worth the money. Only complaint would be the pictures in the product description are a little different than the actual device. Mine uses USB-C to charge not the magnetic charger.

Perfect for conference calls
I spend a lot of time on Customer and Internal Conference calls, and I do love my Bose QC earbuds, but they can get annoying being in your ear canal all day. This headset is much more comfortable, and with the bone conduction audio, you can hear the calls clearly and still hear your surroundings. Plus it’s more comfortable than having earbuds in your ear canal all day on back to back calls, and the noise cancelling works great at tuning out background noise. The battery life lasts all day, if not longer, and it charges very quickly. Super happy with this purchase

Don't pass these up!!
These Open-Ear headphones are amazing. Calls are crystal clean and the people I am talking to can hear me clearly. Music sounds good through them. They are worth every penny. They are light weight and comfortable. They seem pretty flexible so I figure they will be durable. Nice headphones!!!

Pretty okay overall
We are 3 months in right now and it seems to disconnect occasionally, just turned it on a minute ago and it said no device detected .. so I turned it off and back on and then it was able to connect to Bluetooth. The mute button on the boom, when you press it to unmute, sometimes it doesn't unmute even though it shows unmuted on the phone, and I have to disconnect it and connect it again for it to actually record my voice and send it to the person I'm talking to. Also this is a pretty expensive unit and I figured you would have more than two audio options in the presets for the EQ. That's something they're screwing us on. If you could do it for the other type without the boom, why can't you give us the same options. The boom is holding up flipping back and forwards so far but I am extremely happy I bought the extended warranty because there's no way this is going to hold up for years. The pros, battery life is pretty good and when it's working, it's working. All right, deuces!

Durable, great battery and charging, and has replaced my other headphones
So many times the question comes: “I’m sorry, I didn’t catch what you said; could you repeat that?” But FINALLY. With these, I’ve actually found myself not using any other headphones for most of my daily use, especially phone calls. The calls are crystal clear, you can stay aware of your surroundings because of the bone conduction, and you can also really hone in the sound by getting to wear ear plugs that increases the direct sound (I usually wear Loops, and it’s SO nice not having to swap headphone to Loop and back all the time). They fit nice, and I was concerned about wearing them all day (if feeling slight headache in the beginning as my ears adjusted to these), but I now find I forget I have them on. I can connect to two devices at the same time without having to swap (so nice), and once connected, all I have to do is turn these on, connecting automatically. The boom mic and the body seems very durable after wearing these for many weeks; in fact, I haven’t needed the case at all and don’t use it. If I don’t wanna use them, I just let them hang around my neck. Great product.

Works well for drivers with hearing loss.
I have a veteran with hearing loss that drives for my company. Other Bluetooth devices haven't worked for him because they rely on the damaged ear drums. With the OpenComm2 sound is transmitted through the bone via induction. He says he hasn't heard phone calls this clearly for decades!!! He wears this thing all day every day, even when he is not driving! Thank you!

Comfortable but not the best sound quality
Very comfortable and lightweight. You barely notice it’s there. Microphone is pretty good and sound quality is decent if you’re in a quiet environment. However I’ve found it difficult to hear both music and conversations in my semi truck.

Very nice headset fir the average person
Pretty nice headset, extremely comfortable. So far battery life is good. Sound quality is pretty good. I have had some occasional connectivity issues and functionality issue when interacting with Siri or speech to text. Also the loudness is fairly good unless you are in an older noisier truck, then it is generally hard to hear the average person talking on the phone. I don’t use it much for music. Be sure to disable any Bluetooth sound reducing features of your phone when using this headset. That did help a lot but still difficult to hear over a loud truck or with windows down. For the most part decent headset for the price

Bad microphone
Microphone stopped working after 3 months

utilissima
ci vuole un piccolo sforzo per capire le regolazioni perché i tasti sono piccoli ma dopo è un attimo molto comodo per lavorare consigliatissimo

Best headset I’ve used.
Fantastic head set, having the boom mic makes the difference,I use it in the truck, so clear, people have no idea where I am or what I’m talking on. Connect it to my phone in the morning, lasts all day, doesn’t take long to recharge.

Best headset for drivers
Its probably one of the best headsets ive come across in a long time. For drivers by profession I would recommend 100% as you can still hear everything around you while having voice enhancement features build in turned on. Only thing I would say to the creator is that all it really needs is a wireless charge feature but apart from that so far cant fault it. The person that complained about the zip its either a one off fluke or your being too heavy handed with the case because ive not gotten close to breaking that and im in and out the truck seems strong enough for purpose. The app makes updating easy and if you ever have a connection issue check your phone software before you start having an argument with the headset haha. The button features on the headset are really great making hands free easier too again any hgv drivers or drivers by profession you dont even notice its on your head. The vibrating when the volumes too loud is strange at first but again becomes second nature once used to the headset but massively wins over ear buds and what not
