The Ideal Laptop for My Needs
Shipping was fast, performance is great, the build quality is decent, and the price wasn't crippling. Overall I would give it a solid 8/10.

Excellent Product But...
Delivered on time and received exactly what I ordered (64g ram and i7-14650HX processor) . I was unexpectedly surprised that I could order it with the option of having a i7-14650HX processor, btw.I give the product a 5 (solid entry to mid level gaming laptop) but unfortunately, I have to give the seller a 3 - 4.I ordered a seperate 4tb nvme because instead of paying cash upfront, I used my Prime card to get the reward points to receive a decently discounted storage upgrade. However, when I went to install it, I found the screws were heavily stripped. This can only be from the additional RAM or processor that I requested to be installed. It's a good thing I have a decent PC repair toolkit. It was a pain, nevertheless.

Super fast shipping
I have to say I’m a very picky person. I am giving this a Five star rating. I got very nervous looking at some of the negative comments. I bought this used like new condition Laptop so I can get the I9 processor. when I first started the computer in the beginning, I was having Bluetooth issues, but after I did, the windows update and firmware update system works like a charm. Even as used condition I feel like I got a brand new PC. I got everything that was described except for the sticker add on for a Xbox controller that is not gonna change my review where I could buy the sticker for two bucks. I feel I got an awesome deal thank you.

Excellent laptop
Wished I had researched a bit more before buying. A newer model was going to be released soon and I could have spent the same for more current technology. All in all still a powerful gaming laptop that has performed well.

Battery drains fast
I love it except for battery. Life is 2 to 3 hours.
