The Puppet Company - Sockettes - Rainbow Hand Puppet,8'

This is a lovely puppet, bright and fun, perfect for any child. My only niggle is that the squeaker is rubbish - it's in the tongue and as such is tiny. It seems to require a great deal of force to make any sound meaning my son is hardly able to make the puppet 'speak'. We have another puppet by this company, a 'baby monster' and this has a huge oblong squeaker in the upper jaw, meaning this puppet is never quiet! Maybe the knitted monster series would benefit from something similar. All being said, my son loves his 'Rainbow' and is perfectly happy with him. A lovely gift for any child.

My children love to hate this hand puppet. ‘Squeaker’, as he’s called in our house, is a great addition to our family. I have a 4 year and 1 year old and they both think he’s fantastic. That said, the 1 year old is rather cruel to Squeaker. He’s very well made, and makes getting the little brats to do what they’re told so much easier. Squeaker, you brilliant idiot, thank you.

I bought this for my nephews first birthday. The puppet was giving him kisses on the nose and he started giving kisses back, which was the first time he had done that. It was totally adorable. Everyone loved this puppet and not just him - my kids aged 3 and 5 plus the adults! It is very good quality and a lot of fun.

It's a shame the quality compared to what they used to be has dropped considerably. Loose stitching. False advertising on the listing these no longer have the plastic eyes only stitched on. Very blunt response from seller still hasn't changed listing to reflect after making observation. Poor love the design but poor quality compared to just a few years ago.

A very well made puppet. Comfortable to use knitted neck, great size for children to see clearly and the colours are wonderful. This is a super puppet for my children with low vision too. Ideal for teaching colour to early years.Great quality as always.

Amazing puppet. Really colourful and fun. Very well made. Have now bought 8 as make excellent presents for others, so clearly would buy again! Really good - if you’re considering it then go for it!
