I love this scale, it’s very accurate, contemporary looking. It’s connected to the phone and I can monitor my weight, body mass, fat mass and other data with my other health apps, so convenient! The app works great, easy to register and easy to connect to other apps.

This a FANTASTIC scale and value. It connects to most of the major apps, Apple Heath, Fitbit, etc. It is easy to use and seems to be fairly accurate. These scales have come a long way in just a handful of years. I am on a 2026 health kick and am doing a lot of weight work. So, while I am definitely losing some weight, I am packing in muscle. It is nice to see that my body fat % is down almost 4% even though my weight loss has plateaued. The app is great and easy to connect to. Simply download the app, get to the pairing section, and tap the scale with your toe to turn it on. It will show right up in the app. Once paired, you will get a ton of information after weighing in. It is overkill for me but I like having the data. Make sure your fingers and thumbs are in the right spots. Also, for best results, do this naked or darn near.
