Will this work in a garden tub?

I don't see why I wouldn't. It has 3 suction cups on the back so the unit would be slanted at the same angle as the tub wall. The part that makes the bubbles at the bottom needs to be submerged.

I think my cord is about 8 - 10 feet.

can the filter bag be replaces?

I don’t think it have bag. It washable filter. Not bag

Would it work in a portable peditub?

If the peditub is deep and or wide enough. The spa is pretty big and long but not really effective with the amount of water that a standard bath tub holds. I made my own peditub(s) by using 5 or 10 gallon plastic storage containers...perfect amount of water for the power your getting out of the spa...and the suction cups stick well to the plastic
