Great product and amazing price.

Worked as it should. My husband had surgery in his neck. Little hard to figure out at first how to wash. However it did perfectly after the wash and was put back together great Value and comfort for the money

I bought this new neck brace to replace an older one I had and I am very happy with it. It fits me very nicely and I have no issues in putting it on or taking it off. It is very light weight and breathable with the open neck area. I wear this for many hours at a time and it truly helps to reduce the neck stress I have. I use it a lot while I am working in my office and it is very comfortable. The pads are a good thickness and I am glad they send an extra set of pads as well if I need to change them in the future. The front knob makes adjusting the height of the chin rest area very easy - I have used several settings on it depending on the height level I want to attain. I do always adjust this while the brace is off as it makes it easier with no pressure on the front chin area or chest area for sure. I haven't tried sleeping with it on yet but I might in the future as it seems it could help with alignment overnight. I highly recommend this brace.

Mine had blue broken pieces when received . Have them taped together , should of just purchased an extra one thru my ortho/neurosurgeon - can't imagine their OOP price since they buy in bulk being over $75 . At least got an extra pair of pads , but very expensive . And to clarify you only get one set of pads with this brace , not two as advertised. Don't recommend this purchase as don't need substandard and broken I guess thru shipping cervical collar after ACDF . Miami J collar about same support , much less expensive and not broken when received
