My wife grew up eating crumpets for breakfast, but it's hard to find them in stores (and even when you find them, they're not quite right, compared to what you might find overseas). So, I decided to surprise her and make crumpets at home.Growing up in the states, I had no idea how to make crumpets, but after looking at a few recipes, I quickly learned that I needed crumpet rings. These were a decent price with good reviews, and they worked perfectly. The rings are solid, easy to clean, have smooth seams, and were easy to work with.

These rings are perfect for making crumpets!!! They do well for what is expected of them. The rings are polished stainless steel which helps to keep the dough/batter from sticking. They can be deformed, so when I'm done I clean then the put them back in the box they came in.I make crumpets from time to time and these are perfect. I don't think they would do well for daily use unless you were careful not to deform them.I will say making crumpets is great fun!!

After using canning jar lids and foil rings to make crumpets I broke down and bought these. I picked these because of price and I wanted between 3-4 rings. I've used and washed them several times and they are holding up. One ring was slightly not round from the get go.

Wanted to make sourdough english muffins but needed rings. These turned out to be reasonably priced as the homemade English muffins are AMAZING and surprisingly easy to make. It is important to wash these and dry them thouroughly then leave them out overnight to completely air dry, but they are excellent. We will not eat my store-bought English muffins again as homemade are heavenly!

This specific brand. They are not cheapo’s. Are well made. And just exactly the right size, whether you want to make english muffins, or are longing for some lovely crumpets but find yourself on the wrong side of “the pond.”Actually, homemade crumpets are usually vastly superior in taste to the commercial ones and these are the rngs to make them with!

I like these rings as they are easy to clean. I do not like these rings for the slipshod way they were made. The two ends of these rings are pressed together in two tiny spots. When I opened the package I was concerned about the construction. On the third use one popped open while cleaning. By then my window to return them had passed. I can still force it together just long enough for another use, however I wish they had come with a higher quality construction. Better luck next time.

No issues when they arrived. I washed them. Then oiled them to make English muffins. The muffins turned out wonderful and I had no issues with the rings sticking or losing their shape.
