No smell, no taste, nice size
This is my first time taking Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf in any form so I didn't know what to expect. So far, I do notice a slight decrease in my sugar cravings and I'm hoping it will decrease more as time goes on. These capsules are a reasonable size to swallow easily. They have no taste or smell so they're very easy to take.

Don’t think they are doing anything for me
UPDATE: Swanson reached out after my review and offered a refund, which I very much appreciate. I give them props for standing by their product and reputation.-------------------These smell grassy (not unpleasant), but I don’t think they are really doing anything to change my desire to eat. At least after 2 months, I’m not noticing a difference and neither is the scale so I don’t plan to get these again.

Bottle says cancer and reproductive harm. What could it possibly have, lead? No thanks! It wasn't disclosed on Amazon. Not eligible for return.
